1. Introduction

MONVEXA is a premium Nigerian Naira investment platform designed to help users grow their wealth securely. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services.

2. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Each individual is allowed only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Investments

• Users invest at their own discretion and choose from available plans clearly displayed on the platform.
• Daily earnings are calculated based on the specific active investment plan.
• Earnings are processed and credited automatically every day at 12:00 AM (Africa/Lagos).

4. Deposits

• MONVEXA supports deposits exclusively through Kuda Bank.
• Deposits must be verified by our administrative team before they reflect in your wallet balance.
• Always ensure you transfer the exact amount and keep your receipt for verification.

5. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦450.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed for security purposes before approval and disbursement.
• MONVEXA is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect bank details provided by the user.

6. Referral Program

• Every user is provided with a unique referral code and link.
• Referral bonuses are credited when your referred friend completes a qualifying investment.
• Fraudulent or self-referral activities will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

7. Gift Codes

• Gift Codes are promotional tools and have no inherent cash value outside the platform.
• Expired or invalid codes cannot be redeemed.
• Usage limits may apply to specific codes (e.g., one-time use or total redemption caps).

8. User Responsibilities

Users must not attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the platform's security. Any attempt at unauthorized access or exploitation of system bugs will lead to permanent termination of the account.

9. Privacy

Your personal and financial information is handled securely. We use your data only to operate the platform, process transactions, and improve our services. We do not sell user data to third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

MONVEXA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the Notifications center. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
